Shipping Times
- After receiving your payment, all products will be shipped within 48-72 hours.
- We process orders between Monday to Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends and holidays. If you are placing an order on weekend or holiday, the shipping time will be extended accordingly.
- If you have any problems with the delivery, please contact us via toboutdoors@outlook.com, we will do our best to help you.
The approximate shipping time accords to each country:
Canada: 3-8 working days.
Germany: 5-12 working days.
United States: 7-16 working days.
Other countries：7-25working days.
*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we can not guarantee delivery dates.
Please note:
Our kayaks can only be delivered within 200km of the warehouse and free for shipping!
Please ensure that all delivery informations are correct. If the informations are incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery informations, which may result in a delay in the delivery of your order.
Your local Customs office may require additional documentation and take some time to do the clearance of your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
If you are not at the consignee address at the time of delivery, you can contact the delivery person or us.
